La Pedra del Diable / La Pierre du Diable – 2022
Le soleil se lève lentement sur un relief montagneux. Peu à peu, la crête que l’on croit deviner, laisse apparaître en réalité un menhir mégalithique. Première trace archéologique découverte dans cette région de Santa Pau en Catalogne, la Pierre du Diable nous renvoie 3.000 ans avant notre ère. En l’accompagnant du son du soleil enregistré par la Nasa, Anna Malagrida décuple la force mystique de ce vestige, cataclysmique aussi : la lumière révèle l’image jusqu’à la brûler entièrement par son intensité.
The sun rises slowly on a mountainous terrain. Little by little, the ridge that we think we can guess, actually reveals a megalithic menhir.
